Abstract submission
The proposals of abstracts (500 words) for any of the thematic areas must include the basic information of the work respecting the IMRD (Introduction, Method, Results and Discussion) and can be sent in Spanish or English from December 3rd, 2020 until February 15st, 2021 through the following form..
Evaluation and acceptance of proposals
Communication proposals will be blindly peer reviewed by members of the Scientific Committee, taking into account the following evaluation criteria:
The authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their proposal between March 2-8th, 2021.
All the abstracts of the accepted papers will be published in a digital book of abstracts edited by the Publisher of the University of Seville.
Presentation of papers
In order to defend a communication in any of the tables, it will be necessary to be the author of the communication and to be expressly stated in the signature of the paper sent to the Scientific Committee.
Once the communication proposal has been accepted, the authors must send a video presentation of the same of a maximum duration of 2 minutes here before 12th April 2021, in which the object of study and the objectives of the research are briefly outlined. These videos will be published on the website of the Congress as well as on the social networks where it is present, giving projection and diffusion to the participants and their contribution
To be certified as a speaker at the Congress, at least one of the signatories of the communication must defend it online on the day and at the time that corresponds to him/her, according to the programme. The established presentation time will be between 7 and 10 minutes for each communication. The certificates to the authors, once the presentation has been made, will be sent electronically.
Each author can sign a maximum of two communications with the payment of a single registration fee. Likewise, all the signatories of the communications must formalize their registration within the established deadlines.
Sending full texts
The communications must be original and unpublished works that have not been previously published, neither in books nor in scientific journals, nor presented in other conferences. Those that have been accepted by the Scientific Committee of the Congress and defended at the same, may opt for one of the following publication options:

PARTICIPATION
Due to the current circumstances of the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic, and in view of a scenario that is difficult to predict in the future, the Congress will be held virtually on 27 and 28 May 2021. In view of this, the defence of communications will combine 2 strategies: the preparation and uploading to the platform of a video presentation on the paper, as well as the defence of the same live. Participation will be as follows:
1) the development and upload to the platform of a video presentation about the presentation.
2) The defense of live communication. We put at your disposal the presentation template to facilitate your work.
Participation will take place as indicated below.
Procedure for online participation without communication
Those who wish to participate in this modality will have the contents available in open format and it will be possible to comment on and receive answers from the speakers..
Those who wish to obtain an official certificate of their participation must register for the Congress in due time and manner. This modality has a discount on the Congress fees.
In this case, it will be necessary to accredit at least four comments in the communications that you choose, of all those exposed in the Congress.
Procedure for online participation with communication
Congress participants must make a video as a presentation of their communication, with a duration of less than 2 minutes and send before 12th April 2021. Once the video has been made, it must be uploaded to their personal YouTube account and then sent to the Congress platform as a link https://www.sepsevilla2021.com/videopost. The procedure to be followed is indicated below.
The video will be published in your work area, where it can be viewed and commented on by all congress participants.. You will have to access the platform with your credentials and answer the questions and comments. Also, it will be published on the Congress social networks with the hashtag #SEPSevilla2021
On 27th and 28th May, congress participants will have to defend their communications, which will last between 8 minutes. To this end, virtual rooms will be set up for the different tables. The link to these rooms will be indicated days before the Congress is held on the Congress website. You can access the program and virtual rooms from here.
Once the papers have been presented, there will be a period of time at the various communication tables where congress participants will be able to ask questions, make suggestions or comment on other papers and respond live.
Once the Congress is over, those congress participants who have defended their communication and participated will receive a certificate of presentation and participation.
