The health alert generated by COVID-19 has fully affected the development of university education in all its degrees, also in the field of journalism. The educational centers and professors have had to innovate at forced marches and use the possibilities of the new information and communication technologies as a way of adapting to the new and complex situation. The suspension of face-to-face educational activity has generated a significant boost to virtual or distance modalities. However, some questions remain: what will the teaching of journalism be like after COVID-19? Will you continue to bet on online teaching? Will this coexist with face-to-face education?
