Innovation of new business models and entrepreneurial niches

The digital transformation has brought with it new business models and market niches that entrepreneurship is knowing how to take advantage of, generating a significant impact on the global economy. Both new businesses and those that, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, have found themselves in need of transformation, have occupied the pages of the media, becoming the protagonists of conversations on social networks, news in traditional media and within the management bodies of media companies.

The transformation of business models, the role of social networks and the rise of startups have posed the challenge for journalism to inform and communicate accurately to the audience. They have been addressed (and are directing), therefore, to citizens, in general, as well as to the target audiences of each segment, in particular: entrepreneurs, businessmen and consumers.
